At Kairós, you’ll find projects enabling remote work — without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What Are We Looking For?** **At Kairós**, we seek a Solutions Architect to participate in the analysis and discovery phases of new products, services, and systems. The selected candidate will join our Tech discipline, led by **Carlos Cañado and Reinaldo Aguilera.** **Responsibilities** * Design comprehensive solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments. * Analyze the impact of new solutions on existing applications and processes. * Bridge teams to align architectural decisions. * Support the selection of key technologies and drive prototyping when necessary. * Contribute to developing architectural patterns, reference solutions, architectural principles, technical recommendations, reference architectures, and reference processes, among others. **Requirements** * Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in Java projects. * Prior demonstrable experience as an architect (especially in sectors such as public services, telecommunications, insurance, etc.). * Prior demonstrable experience designing complex architectures end-to-end. * Ability to communicate effectively in **English** and Spanish with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience with business processes (experience in customer experience is a plus). * Experience with cloud architecture (Azure, AWS) and agile methodologies. * Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Basic knowledge of reference architectures and industry standards such as TOGAF, TMForum, ArchiMate, C4\. * Jira, Confluence, DrawIO **What Can We Offer You?** At Kairós, **you’ll find**: * Free English classes in small groups. * 23 vacation days, December 24th and 31st off, 1 day for events, and **3 flexible workdays!** * Enjoy summer with our reduced working hours in August and extended lunch breaks every Friday throughout the year. * Flexible compensation via Cobee — usable for dining, public transportation, training, and childcare vouchers. * Health insurance through Cigna or Sanitas — because we care about your physical and mental well-being. * Ongoing personal support through our Wellness 3\.0 program and continuous technical mentoring. * Opportunities to strengthen your personal brand at internal and external events. * Membership in a strong community and support from outstanding professionals and industry leaders. * But above all… being part of a company that listens to you, cares for you, and strives to meet your needs and expectations. **You’ll Fit Right In If** you enjoy **learning, sharing your knowledge, and treating people with respect and kindness**.
