Continuous quality improvement will be achieved by appropriately using process monitoring, root cause analysis, basic quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and corresponding evaluations. **Responsibilities:** * **Ensure product and process quality** from design phase to customer delivery by implementing control plans and internal audits. * **Develop and maintain quality plans** (Quality Control Plan, mQCP) and participate in technical reviews (DFMEA/PFMEA) to ensure compliance. * **Oversee validations and prototypes**, ensuring customer requirements and standards (ISO 9001, AQAP 2110\) are met. * **Analyze root causes and lead corrective actions** for internal incidents (INCI) and critical quality issues. * **Train and support inspectors and production teams** in control methods, equipment usage, and quality standards. * **Manage quality documentation and records**, including concessions, deviations, and engineering changes. * **Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams** (engineering, production, HQ) to integrate quality requirements into bids and projects. * **Drive continuous improvement** using statistical tools (SPC), control charts, and problem-solving methodologies.
