Characteristics:
**LogiRAIL,** a leading company in the railway sector, is selecting professionals to provide information, control access turnstiles, and assist at self-service machines, aiming to temporarily cover service needs arising from vacations, medical leaves (IT), or other absences of regular staff.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Providing information and controlling access at station turnstiles.
* Assisting customers with station services and train-related inquiries.
* Supporting customers in using self-service machines when necessary.
* Resolving any incidents that occur, ensuring customers are never left unattended.
* Collaborating with the station team to ensure smooth communication.
* Managing and recording incidents.
* Providing information on routes, destinations, schedules, and accessibility for each station.
**We offer:**
Part-time work contract

* Initial training provided by the company.
* Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, morning and afternoon shifts according to monthly schedule.
Expected schedule: Mon-Fri \= 8:00 to 13:15 / 16:15 to 20:00h \- Sat \= 9:30 to 13:30 / 16:00 to 19:50h. \- Sun/Holidays \= 12:00 to 19:00h.

Requirements:
**Education**
* Must have official education completed in Spain: ESO or Vocational Training.
**Professional experience:**
* Previous customer service experience in railway stations or similar transport environments (airports, bus terminals, etc.) will be valued.
* Experience in ticket offices, information points, incident management, telephone support, or administrative technical support will also be considered.
**Availability and mobility**
* Interest in working rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
* Possession of personal vehicle or residence near the job location.
* Immediate availability required.
**Personal competencies**
* Methodical, organized, and autonomous individual.
* Accustomed to teamwork.
**Languages**
* Spanish: Native or bilingual.
