Objective
We are a non-profit organization, independent of any political or religious affiliation, led by volunteers, committed to improving society through the holistic development of youth—creating opportunities, reducing vulnerability, and strengthening their surroundings. Day after day, we accompany the growth of thousands of children and young people who strive daily to overcome barriers limiting their dreams. Our goal is to maximize minors’ potential and support the holistic development of youth, focusing on critical factors (such as education, housing, or leisure time) that may undermine their right to grow and thrive. To this end, we act upon essential elements of their environment, including family well-being, access to employment, and coverage of basic needs (food, health, leisure, and free time). If you are interested in joining our team, apply to the following vacancy: PSYCHOLOGIST for participation in the PRODEM Program: Prevention and Protection of Migrant Rights against Discrimination and Hate Crimes.
Reporting directly to the Program Coordinator, the person appointed to this position will carry out psychological interventions and specialized training on discrimination and hate crimes, addressing the identified needs of participants and their environment.
