Our core values — collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust — guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer in: * Experience using **LitElements and Web Components** to develop reusable and scalable components. * Advanced knowledge of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript**, applied to modern web development projects. * Experience in **web templating and frontend layout**, ensuring accurate implementation of design and usability. * Application of **SOLID principles** in software development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability. * Active participation across all phases of the software development lifecycle: **requirements gathering, analysis, modeling, development, testing, and maintenance**. * Experience in **creating clear and structured technical documentation**. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Web Components Development**: Design, develop, and implement reusable components using LitElements, adhering to quality standards and best practices. * **Frontend Layout and Development**: Build modern, accessible, and responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. * **Application of Development Best Practices**: Implement SOLID principles and design patterns to ensure code scalability and maintainability. * **End-to-End Project Involvement**: Collaborate in requirements definition, technical analysis, development, testing, and evolutionary/corrective maintenance. * **Technical Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed solutions. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration**: Work alongside design, backend, and business teams to ensure correct implementation of customer-aligned solutions. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Modern frontend architectures and component-based frameworks. * Frontend application testing (unit, integration, end-to-end). * Version control tools (Git) and collaborative workflows. * Performance optimization for web applications. * Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
