Currently, we need to hire a **route planner** for our offices located at **Avda. Manoteras 18, Madrid**, to plan, develop, and review routes for the home care intervention department, ensuring service delivery to end users while efficiently coordinating the department’s human and technical resources in accordance with established guidelines. **Main responsibilities:** * Planning routes for home care intervention staff. * Administrative tasks (reviewing the database, reviewing previous routes, etc.). * Supporting and managing external calls from the reception switchboard. **What we offer:** * Temporary contract * Part-time schedule: 30 hours/week * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 3–9 p.m., with days off assigned according to the rota. * Salary: €953.55 gross/month \+ 2 extra payments \+ holiday/Sunday bonus: €22.25 gross/day * Position: **100% on-site** * Office location: **Avenida Manoteras 18 (Hortaleza\-Madrid)** **Key skills and experience:** * ESO qualification or equivalent is mandatory. * Proficiency in office software and **Excel**. * Experience in customer service (via telephone). * A Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate in Administrative Management is desirable. **A bit more about us:** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
