We are currently looking for a Micro Technician (with English B1) for the Madrid Capital area. **Responsibilities:** Installation and configuration of user hardware and software equipment. * Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. * Web browsers: IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome. * Email clients: Exchange, Outlook, Webmail. Installation and configuration of Macintosh equipment. Android and iOS mobile devices. * Microsoft Office 365 collaboration platform: Team management in Teams. Administration of SharePoint sites and OneDrive. Permission management. * LAN and WAN networks. 3270 applications. Installation and configuration of VPN clients. Two-factor authentication. Use and support of ticketing tools for incident and service request management. User support and usage guidance for videoconferencing equipment and associated software. **What We Are Looking For:** Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (other equivalencies will not be considered). Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and maintenance of computer systems related to this position. **English:** B1 level (certification is a plus).
