Key Responsibilities: * Manage design as a specialist in the following MEP disciplines: medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, mechanical systems (HVAC, fire protection, building management systems), plumbing, IT, security, and general low-current systems. * Serve as the primary point of contact with installation specialists from stakeholder teams during the design phase: client, engineering team, and various consultants. * Collaborate with the Design Lead and/or Project Manager on managing and coordinating stakeholders involved in the project’s design phase. * Support the Construction Lead in managing and coordinating stakeholders during construction, specifically regarding all MEP installations. * Assume responsibility for managing and coordinating construction stakeholders (contractor[s] and Technical Supervision) in activities related to their specialist discipline. * Support the Procurement Lead in managing tender processes. * Support the Cost Lead in managing costs and changes within their specialist discipline. * Assume responsibility for monitoring and controlling activities within their specialist discipline concerning contractual compliance, timelines, quality (via Technical Supervision), and safety (via the Health and Safety Coordinator). * Manage commissioning activities (in support of the Commissioning Manager). Additionally, the candidate must participate in and support the implemented Management System by understanding and applying: * Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies. * Application of the Environmental Good Practice Manual. * Compliance with Turner \& Townsend’s global SyS policies and standards. **Requirements** To succeed in this position, the following are essential: * Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in this role. Proficiency in Office 365 and Mproject software. * Qualification: Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. Professional-level English. * Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, health and safety standards on site, and sustainability standards. * Personal Skills: Strong coordination and planning abilities.
