At Capgemini Engineering, we are recruiting a Simulation Model Development Engineer to join us onsite in Getafe (Madrid) for an aeronautical sector project. ### **What will you do on the project?** * Develop and maintain simulation models. Create and modify models in environments such as **Simulink, SCADE, or LabView**, integrating avionics system logic. * Develop embedded software in **C/C\+\+**. Implement and adapt critical code used both onboard aircraft and in simulators. * **Aeronautical software rehosting**. Adapt existing code for execution in simulation environments, adjusting hardware/software dependencies and ensuring correct functionality outside the aircraft. * Work on safety-critical architectures. Participate in development within **ARINC 653**-based environments, meeting real-time and partitioning requirements. * Use proprietary tools, work on **virtual/remote machines**, and collaborate in highly specialized environments. * **Functional validation in simulators**. Utilize flight simulation platforms to verify the behavior of developed systems. ### **Your Profile:** * Experience developing in **C and C\+\+** for embedded or safety-critical systems. * Experience with modeling tools such as **Matlab/Simulink, SCADE, or LabView**. * Experience or knowledge of **avionics software, embedded systems, or aerospace environments**. * **English** proficiency level B2 / C1\.
