At **ONCE**, we continue expanding our team of **teachers specialized in supporting individuals with visual impairment**, and currently **have opportunities in various Spanish cities**, including **Barcelona, La Rioja, Madrid, Castilla y León, Alicante**, among others. **What will be your mission?** As a teacher at ONCE, you will serve as an essential pillar in the educational inclusion process. Your role will not only focus on direct support for students with visual impairment but also include **guidance and advisory services to the educational community, families, and school-based professionals**. Your work will directly impact students’ personal, social, and academic development, promoting their **autonomy, normalization, and genuine inclusion** both inside and outside the classroom. **What tasks might you perform?** * Assessment of students across different age groups and development of intervention plans. * Intervention in school, family, and social settings. * Advisory support to teachers, educational teams, and families. * Adaptation of educational resources and materials. * Training and awareness-raising on visual impairment. * Coordination with other professionals and organizations. * Design of complementary activities and programs. Specific responsibilities will depend on the particular vacancy and will be clarified during the selection process. **What do we value in your profile?** * Degree in Primary Education Teaching or Pedagogy. * Specialized training (e.g., Early Intervention, Special Education). * Minimum two years of experience, with preference given to experience working with students with visual impairment. * Knowledge of Braille and/or alternative communication systems. * English proficiency (minimum B1\). * Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel. ONCE-affiliated individuals are exempt from this requirement. * Commitment to using your personal vehicle to meet job-related needs, with compensation as stipulated in the collective agreement. * Proficiency in technological tools and standard Office software. * Competence in ICT tools applied to education.
