Additionally, we seek: * Proactivity and the ability to identify problems and opportunities without waiting for detailed instructions. * Autonomy to move forward in ambiguous contexts. * Efficient and adaptable communication tailored to different stakeholders, with the ability to translate needs, decisions, and risks among technical, functional, and business profiles. * Critical thinking and technical judgment. * A focus on quality and maintainability. * Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical profiles. * Curiosity about applied AI in software engineering and a mindset of continuous improvement. * Responsibility in using emerging technologies within a corporate context. #### **Responsibilities** * Design, build, and evolve Python-based AI agent solutions, integrating them securely and effectively into real-world software engineering processes. * Evaluate such solutions by defining criteria and validation mechanisms that ensure their robustness and quality. * Contribute to code development and review team members’ contributions, ensuring quality and maintainability. * Propose architectural improvements and technical decisions focused on scalability, robustness, and governance. * Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes. * Identify and bring to production AI use cases that improve productivity, quality, and the development experience. * Translate needs, decisions, and risks among technical, functional, and business profiles. * Ensure responsible and secure use of AI in corporate environments. #### **You must have experience in:** * Backend development in Python, including API design and consumption, asynchronous programming, and good code quality practices (typing, testing with pytest, dependency management, and linting). * RAG architectures, tool calling, function calling, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems. * The Python AI ecosystem: agent orchestration frameworks, model provider SDKs, and vector databases. * DevOps, internal development platforms, or developer experience. * Security applied to AI usage in enterprise environments. * Designing production-ready solutions with a focus on robustness, scalability, and governance. * End-to-end testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent—especially when integrated into CI/CD pipelines or AI-assisted validation processes. * BDD frameworks and compatible Gherkin tools such as Behave, Cucumber, SpecFlow, or equivalents, integrated into automated testing processes and CI/CD pipelines. * Voice solutions: conversational interfaces, voice assistants, integration with speech-to-text / text-to-speech services, and design of voice interaction–oriented experiences. * Integrating AI solutions into existing service ecosystems and architectures within large organizations. #### **Why Paradigma?** **Freedom with responsibility** We trust people to organize their work flexibly, promoting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of our goals and the impact of our work.
