You will work within a complex, international, high-traffic web ecosystem, with presence across multiple markets and millions of monthly sessions. This digital environment requires a solid technical foundation to ensure organic visibility, performance, and scalability. Technical SEO plays a key role in ensuring that both traditional search engines and new AI-based search engines correctly understand our platforms and their content. **The position** This role was created with a clear objective: to guarantee technical SEO excellence in complex digital environments, bridging technology, product, and business. You will be responsible for ensuring our platforms are correctly crawled, indexed, and understood—securing strong, scalable, and business-aligned organic visibility, both in traditional search engines and in AI Search and LLM environments. Your work will directly impact web performance, user experience, and organic growth across international markets, collaborating cross-functionally with development and product teams. On a day-to-day basis: * You will manage technical SEO in complex, international web environments. * You will monitor crawling and indexing (robots.txt, sitemaps, hreflang, and canonicals). * You will manage redirects and support migration processes. * You will optimize web performance to improve visibility and user experience. * You will implement structured data and semantic enhancements tailored for search engines and LLMs. * You will coordinate with development and product teams to validate SEO compliance of new developments and technical improvements. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday. * Hybrid work model (office + remote). * Workplace at our headquarters in Llucmajor, Mallorca. * Flight tickets with our airline and partner airlines to travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- **To succeed in this position, the following are essential:** * Experience as a Technical SEO specialist. * Solid knowledge of indexing, web architecture, and web performance. * Proficiency with Search Console, crawling tools, and analytics. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development and product teams. **Additionally, the following will be highly valued:** * Experience in international environments. * Knowledge of log file analysis. * Familiarity with automation or scripting (Python, SQL). * Awareness of MCPs for LLMs / AI Search. **About us** We are one of the leading airlines in the market and a member of the SkyTeam alliance.
