At Scalta Arquitectura, a Design and Technical Development Manager plays a key role in the conception, design, and execution of architectural projects, as well as in the supervision of construction. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all design and technical phases, from site identification to construction supervision, ensuring compliance with regulations and client satisfaction through direct client interaction. We are looking for someone with strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities with clients, site managers, contractors, and municipal technicians.
