As **Maintenance Manager**, your mission will be to guarantee the proper functioning, preservation, and operational excellence of all hotel facilities, ensuring every detail aligns with the boutique experience we offer our guests—all from an efficient, safe, and sustainable perspective. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Define, implement, and supervise the hotel’s preventive maintenance plan. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, technical installations, swimming pools, and wellness areas. * Monitor energy and water consumption, proposing improvements with real and sustainable impact. * Conduct daily inspections of facilities and coordinate resolution of technical incidents. * Lead and support the maintenance team, fostering collaboration and professional development. * Manage area documentation, spare parts inventory, and coordination with suppliers. * Participate in drafting the annual budget and in cost tracking. **Who are we looking for?** * Vocational training (FP) in Hotel Maintenance, General Maintenance, or similar.
