**Department** INDIVIDUAL ANALYSIS **Region** Madrid (province) Responsibilities Technically lead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions with a focus on Generative AI, serving as one of the key references for integrating LLMs and generative technologies within the organization, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Essential Requirements \- Proven 4 years of experience in AI/ML projects, including at least 2 years in Generative AI \- Experience leading complex AI projects \- Advanced proficiency in LLM frameworks and agent architectures \- Advanced knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search \- Solid experience in classical ML and ability to design hybrid generative\-traditional solutions Competencies \- Experience training LLMs from scratch or domain\-specific pre\-training \- Implementation of automated LLM evaluation systems and custom benchmarks \- Experience designing complex autonomous agent frameworks with multiple tools Description Define the architecture and technical strategy for complex Generative AI solutions Lead research, evaluation, and adoption of new AI technologies and models Establish standards, best practices, and development frameworks for Generative AI across the organization Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid\-level specialists Optimize architectures for scalability, cost, and production performance Act as the technical liaison with stakeholders, translating business needs into AI solutions Research new architectures, training methods, optimization techniques, and assess their applicability
