Description
We are seeking a nursing assistant for a day center in Madrid that serves elderly and dependent individuals. The role involves supporting the interdisciplinary team in welcoming new users and developing personalized care plans. Daily interventions are carried out to meet basic needs, and collaboration takes place in preventive and leisure activities, creating a stimulating environment.
Specific responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, serving and administering food, as well as setting up and dismantling the dining area. Additionally, the position entails repositioning residents and providing other auxiliary care, collaborating with nursing staff to ensure residents' well-being in an environment that promotes dignity and quality of life.
Required qualifications: Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate Level Certificate as Nursing Care Technician, FP Intermediate Level Certificate as Clinical Assistant, FP Intermediate Level Certificate as Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Sociohealthcare Technician, or Professional Certification. A valid disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher—or recognized incapacity for another position—will be positively considered, along with experience in the socio-healthcare sector.
