Description
Level 1\-2 support service and assistance in administering the Windows Server platform.
Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science
Official courses in Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, etc.
Main tasks to be performed:
\- Incident and request management
\- Support for Windows Server Platform Administration
\- Virtualization Systems Administration
\- Backup Administration (Restoration and execution)
\- Administration and operation of DNS\\DHCP network services.
\- Administration and operation of Active Directory (2016\) and ADFS 4\.0 services.
\- Administration and operation of the Microsoft Exchange 2016 / 2019 platform.
\- Administration and operation of the Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 platform.
\- Administration and operation of the Microsoft Teams platform
\- Administration and operation of the Microsoft SCCM platform.
\- Administration and operation of network storage services
\- Administration and operation of printing services.
\- Administration and operation of IIS web servers (7\.5 and later).
\- Administration and operation of collaboration environments on SharePoint 2019 platform
Metro de Madrid's ticketing tool is CESTRAK.
The team will consist of two technicians.
Standard on\-site service hours: Monday to Friday working days (according to the Community of Madrid labor calendar), 8\-hour shifts with the following schedules:
Shift 1: 07:00 to 15:00 hours.
Shift 2: 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
24\*7 service availability is included; this availability is divided into weekly shifts between the two technicians. Metro de Madrid stipulates 11 annual out\-of\-hours incidents, although the service has been running for over one year without any out\-of\-hours incidents occurring, as the tasks performed are truly Level 1\.
Salary: Starting from €1\.424,50 per month
