




Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate passionate about personnel selection in the construction sector, who will manage and coordinate selection processes and perform administrative HR functions. You will join the People Department and be responsible for talent attraction and retention, as well as associated administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include: · Managing and coordinating selection processes from initiation to closure. · Drafting and publishing job postings on various employment portals. · Resume screening. · Conducting competency-based interviews. · Maintaining an updated database. · Identifying new recruitment sources and contacting vocational training centers and universities for potential collaboration. · Conducting onboarding sessions and follow-ups for new hires. · Conducting exit interviews and reporting on them.
