As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.** ### **Key Information:** ====================== * ### **Team: Trading & Shipping** * ### **Location:****Madrid, Spain** * ### **Experience Level:****1\-2 years.** * ### **Work Type:****Hybrid** * ### **Requirements:****English****B2 or higher \+** **University Degree****or higher** **The team you will join:** ============================= ### **We are looking for a dynamic individual eager to learn and work within the Trading Division, reinforcing the Trading \&** **Shipping****area — initially learning operations at one or several trading desks, then progressing toward a dedicated operator role at a specific desk, contributing to business objectives.** **Main Responsibilities:** ======================= * ### **Coordinate and monitor cargo loading/unloading operations for crude oil and products, liaising with** **suppliers/customers,** **inspection companies, shipping agents, shipowners,** **brokers,** **logistics and scheduling departments.** * ### **Execute, track, and support advisory services on charter parties, storage contracts, and purchase/sale contracts for crude oil/products, biofuels, and waste, ensuring, among other aspects, compliance with quantity, quality, and secure credit-based title transfer.** * ### **Prepare and issue voyage instructions to contracted** **vessels/trains/trucks,** **as well as dispatch the corresponding “LOI” (Letter of Indemnity) to shipowners where applicable.** * ### **Receive/prepare and issue documentation-related instructions for shipments, ensuring, among other aspects, compliance with import/export requirements, in coordination with internal or external customs agents.** * ### **Ensure full documentary traceability of operations by maintaining relevant documentation archives.** * ### **Manage warehouses contracted by our company, coordinating entries/exits, losses, analyses, vessel/tanker loading/unloading, etc.** * ### **Keep databases and systems up to date to ensure data integrity and efficient information handling across other** **business units** **and the company.** * ### **Prepare, as applicable, reports related to your activities.** * ### **Maintain, as applicable, relationships with internal company departments required to achieve objectives, as well as with external partners, regulatory bodies, and public administrations, among others.** * ### **Monitor counterparty credit and contractual obligations.** **What We Offer:** ====================== * ### **Temporary contract.** * ### **Performance-based bonus** * ### **Health insurance** * ### **Pension plan contribution** * ### **Digital disconnection policy** * ### **Work-life balance measures** * ### **Legal advisory service** * ### **Employee support services** **You’ll be a great fit if:** ============================== * ### **You hold a Higher Engineering degree.** * ### **You have at least 1.5 years of experience****in storage, pipelines, barges, land transportation,** **blending,** **scheduling.** * ### **You speak English fluently, at approximately C1 level.** * ### **You possess advanced knowledge of International Trade, Chemistry,** **Maritime Business,** **and inventory management.** ### ### **\#LI\-PR1**
