What are we looking for? We seek a hands-on Data & AI Project Lead/Manager capable of leading demanding, well-defined technical projects from planning through final delivery. This is not a PMO role: we seek someone comfortable diving deep into details and working closely with specialized data technical teams. Ideal Profile: * Experience leading technical projects in Data, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence, with end-to-end deliverable management. * Seniority and rigor in decision-making, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope. * Experience working with small, specialized teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts). * Ability to understand and coordinate data architectures and technologies, acting as a bridge between business and technology. * No deep expertise in any specific technology is required, but genuine understanding of the Data & AI project lifecycle, its risks, and dependencies is essential. * Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining organization, focus, and clear communication. #babel What do we offer?
