Your mission is to be **responsible for services**, leading relationships with vendors and technical teams, ensuring efficient, controlled, and continuously improving delivery. Responsibilities: * Manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT services (definition, operation, and improvement). * Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and support models. * Oversee contractual compliance and service levels. * Manage escalations, risks, and conflicts. * Ensure proper execution of ITSM processes: Incident Management. * Coordinate internal and external technical teams. * Supervise resolution of critical incidents. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT service management. * Experience in complex environments (infrastructure, workplace, IT/OT). * Experience managing vendors (multi-vendor). * Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams. * Technical expertise in infrastructure environment administration (Wintel, workplace, networking). * **IT Infrastructure:** Windows Server and Active Directory, Virtualization and/or cloud environments (Azure, OCI), Backup and monitoring systems, Networking knowledge * **Workplace:** Endpoint management (SCCM, Intune or similar), Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) * **Others:** Windows and Linux operating systems (operational level), foundational cybersecurity concepts. * English: **C1 level (mandatory; certification not required, but fluent conversation is essential).** ### **Benefits** * Work modality: Hybrid in Madrid (1\-2 days per week onsite). * Flexible compensation and professional development.
