Responsibilities
\- Conduct interviews with the Client's senior management to diagnose the organization’s current status regarding implementation of a process-based management system.
* Develop the organization’s process map.
* Identify efficiency improvements and synergies among processes.
* Prepare a roadmap for implementing process-based management within the organization.
* Develop the organization’s process management plan.
* Develop dashboards for the organization’s process-based management.
* Conduct interviews with Client personnel to gather necessary information for process description.
Requirements
Experience in: \- Development of enterprise process-based management systems
* Project Management
* BPMN 2\.0 process diagramming
* Business process reengineering for efficiency improvement // Years of experience in the role: \> 2 years
Qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s in Law, Bachelor’s in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or other university degrees.
