**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 2 Forestry Works Technicians (Ávila) in Ávila. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ávila **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Monitoring of construction works and decision-making. * Support in drafting projects, reports, and plans using GIS. * Support to the site manager in planning and controlling operations. * Monitoring of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental plans. * Management of fire prevention and extinction activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Engineering and Natural Environment / Technical Engineering Degree in Forestry (degree officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Eligibility to formalize a traineeship contract for acquiring professional practice related to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the degree, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a traineeship contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been previously formalized for over six months). * Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), verifiable through training courses and/or work experience (e.g., employment contract, labor record, internship annex + CV). * Experience performing duties as a Forestry Engineer, verifiable through work experience (e.g., employment contract, labor record, internship annex + CV). **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 14/07/2026, until 27/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months’ duration is offered, extendable up to a maximum total of 12 months, if applicable. Full-time position. Up to 25% of working hours may involve travel. Rotating shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, with established rest periods. In case a traineeship/formative contract is formalized, the candidate’s academic qualification must be directly relevant to the duties of the position offered, and the activities carried out under the contract must be consistent with those associated with the qualification, thereby enabling acquisition of appropriate professional practice aligned with the candidate’s academic level.
