Lead and manage teams in the meat industry. 2. Ensure efficiency and safety on production lines. 3. Promote a positive work environment and conflict resolution. We are looking for a person to supervise and manage a team of operators in the meat industry in Casarrubios del Monte. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring training on procedures and good practices, promoting a positive work environment, and resolving potential conflicts. Thorough monitoring of production lines will be required to guarantee their proper operation and implement improvements that enhance productivity. Additionally, correct and safe use of all machinery must be ensured, always complying with current safety and quality regulations. Prior experience in the food industry—especially in the meat sector—and the ability to coordinate teams will be highly valued. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Flexibility in working hours, adaptability to various shifts, proactivity in identifying improvements, and incident resolution skills will also be valued. Team management experience. Experience in the food industry, preferably meat-related. Education: Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio). Knowledge: meat industry, coordination ability, and team management skills. Experience: 3 years.
