We are seeking an **Instructional Editor / Designer (eLearning)** whose primary mission will be managing and editing eLearning content across UAX Group’s various online units. Key functions and responsibilities: Content Management and Editing * Coordinate the production process of teaching materials with various internal and external teams. * Plan timelines and scheduling for resource needs per degree program. * Edit and review didactic materials (online content, multimedia resources). * Perform orthotypographic, grammatical, and stylistic corrections according to academic standards (APA, Vancouver, etc.). * Ensure authors correctly apply the project’s established methodology and templates, as well as guarantee linguistic quality in Spanish. * Evaluate digital content and resources to ensure proper deployment and upload them to the virtual campus. Instructional Design * Design online, hybrid, and face-to-face teaching support learning experiences. * Develop scripts for interactive content using Articulate Rise, Genially, and similar eLearning tools. * Transform academic content into clear, structured digital pedagogical resources. * Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusive design (WCAG). **Requirements:** --------------- * Essential requirements * Strong organizational skills and experience in coordination. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Experience in academic editing and orthotypographic correction. * Experience in instructional design in higher education or eLearning. * Knowledge of interactive content creation tools: Articulate Rise, Genially, etc. * Two years of experience performing similar roles, preferably in the education and/or eLearning sector. * Proficiency in AI tools for content generation and editing. * Desirable: * Familiarity with the higher education and/or eLearning sector. * Knowledge of key eLearning technologies and methodologies: SCORM, LMS, LRS, storytelling, gamification, etc. We offer: As a UAX employee, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits, detailed below: * Employment contract type: We offer a permanent, full-time contract. * Flexible compensation: which you may allocate toward health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, and transport cards. * Flexible working hours and one day of remote work per week. * Enjoy a 70% discount on all UAX degree programs — for yourself and your first-degree relatives. * Access all services and advantages of working on a university campus (sports center, dining facilities, outdoor areas, etc.). * Participate in the Be Healthy program, featuring numerous activities for employees: running club, pilates classes, various workshops, gym access, etc. * Discounts at our veterinary and dental clinics.
