Together with the rest of the Nunsys Group, we form **Spain's largest technology company group (>2.800 colleagues)**, and our clients include major public-sector accounts, agri-food, banking and insurance, industry and services, laboratories, environment and energy, healthcare, and telecom sectors — totaling **over 8,000 active clients in our portfolio.** **The Project** The project aims to **support the digitalization of public services**, ensuring the quality, security, and continuity of the information and communication technologies underpinning them. You will join a **team responsible for the Service Coordination of Recovery Operations for the Service** and/or project issues, covering various systems profiles: system and database administrators, communications and security engineers, Microsoft system administrators, and virtualization specialists. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize data networks and communications to ensure optimal performance. * Lead and manage diagnosis and recovery of affected services during incidents. * Conduct technical post-mortem analysis of incidents. * Coordinate execution and documentation of Continuity Plans, generating knowledge. * Reduce incident diagnosis and resolution times for infrastructures classified under the Complex domain. * Escalate to scenarios within complex domains. **Requirements: What Do We Expect From You?** Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications (Bachelor’s/Degree/Master’s) or Higher Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent qualifications. * * Profile with knowledge and certification in Communications and Security technologies: switching, routing, load balancing, internet access, Wi-Fi, and DNS-DHCP-IPAM solutions, DWDM, firewalls, antivirus, remote access (CISCO, Fortinet, F5). * Experience: At least 1 year as an incident/problem manager: experience managing maintenance and support services for critical systems (incident, problem, and continuous improvement management). **What Do We Offer You?
