Innovative technical environment with real growth. **Description:** ---------------- At Experience IT Solutions, a company specializing in innovation and digital transformation projects, we are looking to hire an Artificial Intelligence-specialized Product Owner to lead product vision within AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps teams. Your mission will be to maximize the value delivered by technical teams, ensuring work aligns with business objectives and acting as a bridge between product, business, and engineering. You will work in an agile and international environment where English is the working language. ***What will you do in this project?*** * Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business and AI/ML technical teams. * Act as a strategic liaison among business, product, and engineering stakeholders. * Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in large-scale agile environments. * Oversee the full Machine Learning lifecycle: from problem definition through model deployment and monitoring. * Ensure data quality, traceability, and dependency management in projects. * Coordinate model evaluation, monitoring, and maintenance in production. * Communicate progress, risks, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate with international teams in defining solutions based on advanced AI and GenAI. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract from day one. * Advanced AI and GenAI international projects. * 100% remote work with flexible hours. * Real growth within an innovative technical environment. **Requirements:** --------------- * 5–8 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in technology environments. * Proven experience with AI/ML-based products (not just traditional software). * Demonstrable experience in large-scale agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar). * Knowledge of the full Machine Learning lifecycle and production model management. * Proficiency with management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. ***Key Competencies:*** * Effective communication skills bridging technical and business profiles. * Management of multidisciplinary stakeholders: product, engineering, and research. * Strategic product vision with results orientation. * Technical understanding of data concepts, quality, and dependencies. * Ability to manage uncertainty inherent in AI projects. **Languages** * High-level English required — minimum C1. Part of the team works exclusively in English.
