Join our team! At GEA, a global leader in technology for the food industry and other sectors, we are seeking a Mechanical Designer for our Liquid & Powder Technologies division. You will be involved in innovative projects driving sustainability in processing plants and production lines worldwide. ### **Your responsibilities and tasks** * Design 3D models of equipment and piping systems using SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Inventor. * Create layouts, pipe racks, platforms, and access structures. * Generate detailed drawings and documentation for manufacturing and installation. * Integrate third-party models and manage interference detection (Navisworks). * Ensure compliance with hygienic standards (EHEDG, 3A) and European regulations. * Collaborate with project engineers, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility. ### **Your profile and qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience in 3D mechanical design (preferably in process industries). * Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and/or Inventor. * Knowledge of hygienic design and EHEDG, 3A standards. * Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) and native Spanish fluency. * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset. * Willingness to travel.
