We need to hire a person for the Sociolaboral Orientation position to cover a temporary absence. Qualification in the psychosocial field and experience in sociolaboral orientation and corporate prospecting. Responsibilities/tasks to be carried out: Competency assessment, pathway design, follow-up and evaluation, company mediation, job offer search, digital literacy pedagogy, group workshops. Skills/personal competencies: Dynamic and extroverted individual with strong communication skills, group management abilities, knowledge of vulnerable populations, proactive and creative mindset, and high capacity for learning and adaptation.
