Winning Consulting is currently seeking an **AI Native Support** to join a project for one of our multinational clients in the banking sector. Work model is primarily remote. **Responsibilities:** * Define the working methodology for various technology teams. * Provide support to Development teams in reviewing daily practices for implementing agents and transforming architectures into multi-agent architectures. * Support the use of AI across the company’s PPT (People, Process, Technology) processes. * Define new job roles for different teams. * Design AI-based solutions. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. * Over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 1–2 years working on AI or Machine Learning projects. * Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, or AI workflows. * Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, AI Agents, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency (C1 level). ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
