Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer specialized in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning solutions into production, ensuring MLOps, security, performance, and data governance standards. Strategic projects with high technical complexity We are looking for a **GCP-specialized AI Engineer** to join the **BIP Google Tech Hub**. The selected candidate will design, develop, and deploy **production-ready Machine Learning solutions**, ensuring compliance with **MLOps, security, performance, and data governance** standards. They will work in cloud environments alongside multidisciplinary teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects) on projects involving **applied AI, Data Platforms, MLOps, and GCP architectures**. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implementation of **ML pipelines on GCP** * Model industrialization (production deployment, **MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability**) * Development of solutions in **Python / Scala / Java** * Definition of **data and AI architectures** in cloud environments * Collaboration with **Data, Cloud, and Software Engineering** teams * Participation in innovation initiatives and solution proposals **Technical Requirements** * Master’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science**, or related field * Proven experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** * Programming proficiency in **Python, Scala, or Java** * Solid knowledge of **Machine Learning** * Experience with **MLOps, data pipelines, and production deployment** * Familiarity with **GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps** * SQL for **data modeling, queries, and ETL** * **Fluent Spanish and English (professional level)** **Nice to have / keywords** * AWS, Azure * Big Data: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive * Deep Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch * Kubernetes, Docker * CI/CD, Terraform **What We Offer** A key leadership role within the Data \& AI area, delivering real impact for clients and the organization.
