Personal and professional development through training programs and mentoring. **What do we do?** Bip’s Technology Consulting unit is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation strategies—identifying and supporting the implementation of technologies aligned with business strategy to maximize return on investment. Through our services, we help clients leverage technology as a key driver of business transformation and assist them in addressing their most critical information technology (IT) challenges. We support them in redesigning operational models, streamlining and automating processes and operations, planning, governing, and managing their information systems, planning and accompanying cloud migration journeys, managing their hardware and software technology vendors, etc. **What are we looking for?** A functional profile with experience in project management and monitoring, capable of liaising between technical and business teams to channel requirements and coordinate resolution. The candidate will participate in all project phases—from requirements gathering to delivery—ensuring timely completion and identifying risks and areas for improvement. **Education and Knowledge** * University degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields) * Project management knowledge, with emphasis on agile methodologies—especially Scrum * SCRUM Master certification is desirable **Professional Experience** * Minimum 2 years in project management and/or PMO functions * At least 2 years in a functional management, coordination, or similar role, with experience interfacing between business and IT * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, business units, internal technical teams, and external vendors * Experience identifying opportunities, supporting decision-making, and contributing to business development is desirable * Prior experience in the energy or industrial sector is desirable **Competencies** * General competencies * Project management and monitoring * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines * Prioritization and workload management * Fluent communication with technical and business teams * Organization and autonomy * Functional analysis capability * Analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation * Proficiency in functional decision-making * Preparation and monitoring of project status reports **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (Jira, MS Project or similar) * Functional analysis capability and translation of business-to-IT requirements * ITSM tool management (ServiceNow, Jira or similar) * Preparation of functional documentation (use cases, process flows, specifications) * Definition and tracking of KPIs and project indicators * Ensuring business requirements are correctly communicated to system integrators and vendors **Corporate Tools Management** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment—particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Familiarity with corporate collaboration platforms, especially SharePoint * Ability to adapt to proprietary project management tools **Languages** * Spanish: Native or C1 level (mandatory) * English: Advanced **What do we offer?** Join a young, fast-growing company with an open-door, approachable culture and exceptional talent across its workforce—regularly competing internationally with top-tier consulting firms.
