




Job Description Avanade is seeking to hire a Client Solutions Lead for Security to lead the pre\-sales and go\-to\-market strategy for our Security practice within the Microsoft ecosystem. The mission is to accelerate the adoption of M365 Security/Defen der, strengthen identity with Entra ID, secure workloads in Azure, and scale SOC services based on Microsoft Sentinel. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, aligning our proposals with real business and cybersecurity challenges. Qualification **Key** **Responsibiliti** **es** Strategy and Go\-to\-Market * Define and execute the commercial strategy for Microsoft Security (M365 Defender, Entra ID, Azure Security, and Microsoft Sentinel) in coordination with regional leadership and Microsoft. * Design value propositions and repeatable offerings (assessments, blueprints, accelerators, estimators) that demonstrate ROI and time\-to\-value. Launch joint campaigns with Microsoft and other strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Security priorities (Zero Trust, XDR, SIEM/SOAR, identity). * Client and Partner Relations * Engage with executives such as CISO, CIO, CTO, and Risk/Complianc e leaders, identifying pain points and orchestrating Avanade's response. * Lead executive and technical workshops (Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Identity, SecOps) and co\-innovation sessions. Represent Avanade at industry events, forums, and security communities as a market reference. * Commercial Support and Pre\-Sales * Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to build high\-impact proposals, optimizing client investment. * Participate in the creation of commercial proposals, including effort estimation and team definition, ensuring solutions fit client needs and maximize investment value. * Proactively support pre\-sales processes, d emonstrations, and client workshops. Drive the adoption of Microsoft security solutions among new and existing clients, advising on configuration, deployment, and operation, and demonstrating hands\-on expertise with these technologies. * Leadership and Culture * Work with highly qualified teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. * Promote the development of technical and commercial capabilities within the team.
