Your mission will be to **design, develop, and deploy AI and automation solutions that scale our services and improve the quality of life of our users**. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Designing and deploying generative AI use cases** and automations that enhance the efficiency and quality of Qida’s services. * **Developing machine learning algorithms and models** to support decision-making in operations, health, and home care. * **Ensuring the technical and functional quality** of developed use cases, applying sound engineering practices, testing, and documentation. * **Building dashboards and visualizations** enabling business areas to make data-driven decisions. * **Measuring the impact and ROI** of implemented AI solutions, providing a clear view of the value generated. * Working within an **ethical, secure, and compliant AI framework**, ensuring responsible technology use. * Collaborating closely with product, operations, and technology teams to turn ideas into scalable, high-impact solutions. REQUIREMENTS Who are we looking for? We seek a **good person who is also a good human being**, someone who cares that their work has a positive impact on society. We seek a **builder-minded, curious, and solution-oriented person**, who combines strong technical skills with the ability to connect technology to business and people. **Minimum requirements:** * More than **5 years of experience** in a technical field (data, engineering, analytics, or similar). * **Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.** * Experience working with **data visualization tools** (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or others). * Ability to work autonomously, with *ownership*, teamwork, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Excellent technical communication skills and results orientation. * Eagerness to continue growing professionally and personally; openness to a feedback-driven culture. * High level of commitment and energy, matching Qida’s ambition for growth and impact. **Nice to have:** * Prior experience developing **machine learning models or algorithms**. * Familiarity with generative AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or MLOps frameworks.
