Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer – Power Plants for an energy sector engineering company, responsible for the development and supervision of process engineering. Key Highlights: 1. Process engineering development for industrial power plants. 2. Participation in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and partners. 3. For an energy sector engineering company, we require a **Process Engineer – Power Plants**. **Responsibilities**: * Process engineering development for industrial power plants (Combined Cycles, Cogeneration, Biomass, Renewables, Incineration, among others). * Preparation and review of process deliverables, ensuring technical quality and adherence to project schedule. * Participation in technical and management meetings with clients, suppliers, licensors, partners, and other engineering disciplines. * Participation in technical and safety reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Design Review, and 3D Model Review. * Preparation and review of equipment, system, layout, and instrumentation specifications. * Supervision and coordination of process engineers' activities. * Tracking and control of design changes. * Interdisciplinary coordination for the release and closure of outstanding design items. * Preparation and review of material and energy balances. * Sizing calculations for equipment and piping. * Development of process simulations. * Thermal design of heat exchangers. * Preparation and review of equipment and instrument data sheets. * Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P\&ID). **Requirements**: * Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. * 6–10 years of experience in process engineering. * Proven experience in designing industrial electric power generation plants (Power Plants). * Experience in Combined Cycle, Cogeneration, Biomass, Renewables, or Incineration projects. * Ability to coordinate technical activities within multidisciplinary teams. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel depending on project needs. * Ability to operate in international environments and participate in technical meetings with clients and collaborators. **Work Location**: * Madrid / Bilbao * Hybrid work model and willingness to undertake occasional travel depending on project needs. **Languages**: * English B2\. **Offer**: * Immediate hiring. * Hybrid work model. * Indefinite-term contract and project. * Join a leading company in the sector.
