Spokesperson for the Prop Firm on social media and in the press **Trader & Product Validation** We are seeking a Senior Trader to act as Product Manager for Functional and Operational Validation, responsible for: * Comprehensive end-to-end testing of the trading training platform * Validation of evaluation rules (daily/global drawdown, risk per trade, consistency) * Detection of loopholes/exploits (martingale, grid, copy, latency, aggressive EAs) * Definition of support playbooks and authoritative launch materials (FAQs, webinar scripts, failure explanations) * Proposal of tool improvements * Serving as spokesperson for the Prop Firm wherever required (social media, press, interviews, etc.) **Key Responsibilities** * Functional test plan + execution in demo environment * Report of critical incidents (rules, calculations, UX, user-facing messages) * Review of rules and texts (ambiguities / inconsistencies / loopholes) * Proposal of prioritized improvements (Top 10) * “Failure diagnosis” framework for daily loss / max loss shutdowns * Adjustments to the “Second Chance” re-engagement program without encouraging gambling * Marketing support: 1 webinar/month and 10–20 “challenging” FAQs * Review of metrics and dashboards (explainability and trustworthiness) **Mandatory Requirements** * 5+ years trading markets (Forex and indices preferred; futures valued) * Practical expertise in risk management: risk-per-trade, daily/global drawdown, expectancy, profit factor, risk:reward * Real experience with prop firms/challenges (having completed challenges or provided advisory services) * Documentation capability: ability to draft clear rules and explanations (product-level standard) * “Risk-first” mindset and alignment with a prestigious brand (zero promises) **Desirable Requirements** * Demonstrable track record (trading journal, reports, anonymized statements, MyFxBook/FXBlue) * English B2+ * Experience in serious education/mentorship (no signal services) * Functional familiarity with MT4/MT5/cTrader/TradingView (programming not required) **Location and Work Mode** * Las Rozas de Madrid, on-site Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
