Participate in high-impact technical decisions ### **About the Role:** We are collaborating with Asevia, a company transforming the advisory sector (labor, tax, accounting, and financial) through technology and artificial intelligence. Their approach centers on evolving toward a **strategic, automated, and data-driven model**, where technology enables process optimization, improved decision-making, and greater value generation for their clients. We seek a **Principal Engineer** with a strong frontend focus, full-stack vision, and product mindset who wants to participate in building a modern platform with real impact. This is not an execution role. It is a role of **ownership, technical judgment, and production-grade product building**. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and evolve modern frontend architecture (SPA / SSR) * Develop end-to-end solutions with a product-oriented mindset * Collaborate closely with product and business teams * Integrate AI solutions into real-world workflows * Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality * Participate in high-impact technical decisions ### **Must Have:** * +8 years of software development experience * Solid experience with **TypeScript (frontend and/or backend)** * Strong command of modern frontend (architecture, performance, UX) * Experience working with products in production * Functional knowledge of **Python** * Experience in **continuous delivery** environments * Ownership mindset and impact-oriented approach * Experience in startups or demanding environments * Residency in **Madrid** * Availability for a **hybrid setup (3 days in office / 2 remote)** ### **Nice to Have:** * Experience with applied AI (RAG, agents, local models) * Docker / Kubernetes * Well-structured CI/CD * Monitoring and observability * Applied security (auth, APIs, etc.) * Web performance optimization * Experience leading squads Experience in early-stage environments (0→1) We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
