What will you do on the project? We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect capable of leading pre-sales activities (RFI/RFP, estimations, demos, and proposal defenses), designing scalable and secure architectures (cloud & on-prem), and serving as a technical reference to support delivery teams. Responsibilities: * Pre-sales & Commercial * Solution discovery, definition, estimations, Statements of Work (SoW), and bid support. * Preparation and defense of proposals and demos before clients and partners. * Reference architecture, roadmaps, and value cases per sector; accelerators and value materials to boost the portfolio. * Design of solution/enterprise architectures (cloud-native, microservices, EDA, APIs). * Technical governance: standards, security, quality, and requirements traceability. * Support for teams (Tech Lead/Chapter), troubleshooting, and coaching. * Ability to articulate on-the-fly industry developments, trends, best practices, and patterns adopted by comparable organizations. * Guide customers in decision-making: modernization, cloud, data, integration, AI, security, product acceleration, and digital transformation. Your Profile To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with: * 7+ years in software engineering/architecture; 3+ years as a technical reference/Tech Lead/Architect. * Proven experience in solution & enterprise architecture and end-to-end requirements management. * Strong requirements management, critical analysis, and complex problem-solving skills. * Solid background in cloud (Azure/AWS), microservices, APIs, containers, and DevOps. * Advanced communication, business engagement, and stakeholder management skills. * International experience and multi-sector exposure (Retail, Energy, Public Sector, TMT, Finance). * English C1 Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications: TOGAF/ArchiMate, Azure/AWS Architect, MongoDB, Scrum. Experience in event-driven, serverless (Lambda/Functions), API Management, and observability. * Practical knowledge of UX analytics to inform design decisions.
