This role will be responsible for defining and leading the **content architecture and technical foundation of the AEM platform** within a MarTech ecosystem. This role requires an **end\-to\-end vision**, ensuring the solution is **scalable, reusable, and governed**, and will guide development and business teams in the correct implementation of content models, headless patterns, and Adobe Experience Manager best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the **functional and technical AEM architecture** (Sites and Assets) aligned with business and MarTech strategy * Design content models, **content fragments**, DAM structures, and multi-channel reuse patterns * Establish standards for **content governance**, versioning, workflows, and quality control * Design the **global taxonomy**, metadata strategy, and tagging approach in AEM Assets * Define **content delivery patterns (headless / APIs)** and their consumption by digital channels * Lead the design of integrations between AEM and other products in the **Adobe MarTech ecosystem** * Make key decisions regarding scalability, performance, security, and multi\-site / multi\-brand architecture * Act as the team’s **technical reference**, providing support, reviewing designs, and mentoring AEM developers * Collaborate with business, UX, Marketing, and Technology teams to transform requirements into technical solutions * Ensure smooth transition to operations: documentation, handover, and definition of best practices * Contribute to platform evolution and identification of continuous improvement opportunities **Requirements / Experience** * Extensive experience in **AEM Sites architecture and development** * Solid architectural-level experience with **AEM Assets (DAM)** * Mastery of **content fragments, structured content, and content reuse** * Experience defining **taxonomies, metadata, and enterprise DAM strategies** * In-depth knowledge of **headless patterns, APIs, and content delivery architectures** * Experience designing **complex workflows, permissions, and authoring models** * Ability to define standards and ensure **content governance in large organizations** * Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring development teams * Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders * High / professional level of English **Desirable** * Advanced experience with **Dynamic Media** * Experience leading integrations with the **Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe MarTech products** * Experience in **multi\-market, multi\-brand, or internationalized environments** * Experience in regulated sectors or those with high complexity in approvals and compliance * Prior experience as a **Tech Lead or Solution Architect** on CMS or MarTech platforms At **Accenture**, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we champion a hybrid work model that—powered by technology and our facilities—enables us to maintain the essential human connection required to collaborate with our teams and clients.
