Responsibilities PROJECT MANAGER – PROCEDURAL DOMAIN: * Responsibilities: 1\. Managing client and end-user needs, communication for requirements gathering and issue resolution. 2\. Liaising with Technical Management, development teams, UX, systems/operations departments, and training and reporting units. Team management. 3\. Centralizing and coordinating tasks related to software project development and promotion. End-to-end project management—from feasibility studies through implementation and maintenance. 4\. Preparing executive reports and presentations for clients and senior management. 5\. Working with relational databases (Oracle) at CRUD level for solution analysis and functional testing. Requirements Experience in: 1\. Professional experience managing software development, services, and planning projects using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and BigPicture. 2\. Professional experience liaising with clients and users for requirements gathering and needs analysis. 3\. Experience and skills in communication, coordination, and task tracking with technical, reporting, and business units. 4\. Experience preparing estimates, reports, and presentations.
