Your responsibilities will include: * End-to-end management of vacation travel (air, hotel, train, car, ferry, etc.) * Personalized advisory services for clients, delivered with exceptional care. * Itinerary design and travel budget preparation. * Reservation management and handling of add-ons (extras, complementary services, etc.). * Itinerary tracking and resolution of issues before, during, and after travel. * Administration and tracking of documentation: issuing vouchers, confirmations, etc. * Daily use of GDS tools. * Collaboration with other departments and teamwork. * Ensuring service quality and an outstanding commercial experience. * Continuous learning about vacation destinations alongside the expert team. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What Do We Need From You?*** **Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.** **AMADEUS** – Selling Platform Connect, including: * Fare quoting, ticket issuance, and reissuance. **GDS Reservations:** * Air. * Hotels. * Cars. **Use of Other Vacation Systems:** * Hotel web portals. * Low-cost airlines. * Trains and ferries. Intermediate level of English. Proficiency in office tools: * Excel * Word * PowerPoint **Desirable Knowledge** * Familiarity with vacation destinations and tourism products. * Prior experience in vacation agencies or tour operating. * Billing systems (or similar).
