The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official FPGB, FPI, CFGM, FPII or CFGS qualification (officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess knowledge appropriate to the duties involved. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 6 months of professional experience as a telephone operator. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at user level (to be assessed during the technical interview). **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 4 years performing duties as a telephone interviewer in surveys other than the Active Population Survey (EPA) or the Resident Tourism Survey (ETR). * From 6 months up to 4 years performing duties as an interviewer in telephone data collection for the Active Population Survey (EPA). * From 6 months up to 4 years performing duties as an interviewer in telephone data collection for the Resident Tourism Survey (ETR). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to be assessed during the technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 7.5 months. + Part-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week. + Afternoon shift from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Peninsular time).
