We specialize in the comprehensive development of all processes involved in hotel transformation. We design, construct, and manage the procurement and installation of furniture, ensuring a complete, high-quality service for every hotel project. If you seek a dynamic environment and a new challenge within a multinational company—where you can leverage your experience and develop your professional career through innovative projects in the hospitality sector—we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** As the **Production Manager**, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of your assigned project, ensuring compliance with the established schedule, budget, quality, and deadlines, while supporting the Site Manager in the overall project management. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will coordinate and supervise daily site work execution, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * You will manage and control production by various trades and subcontractors present on-site. * You will monitor execution timelines, identify potential deviations, and propose solutions. * You will collaborate on economic site control, including measurements, certifications, and cost optimization. * You will ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. * You will coordinate the receipt of materials and resources necessary for proper site progress. * You will maintain smooth communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and the rest of the technical team. * You will prepare periodic reports on production progress and site status. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Per diems and accommodation in case of relocation outside the autonomous community where you normally reside. * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within a continuously expanding company. * The opportunity to work on large, challenging projects both nationally and internationally in the hospitality sector. **Requirements:** --------------- **Who are we looking for? You are the person we seek if:** * You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * You have at least 2\-3 years of prior experience as a Production Manager, preferably in hospitality, retail, and/or foodservice projects. * You possess knowledge of construction planning and control. * You are proficient with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. * You are an organized, solution-oriented, proactive individual with strong teamwork capabilities. * You are accustomed to working in dynamic environments and meeting demanding deadlines.
