Work Modality: 100% remote Languages: Advanced Spanish and B2-level English **Responsibilities:*** Analyze and design solutions on the Pega platform aligned with banking business processes (onboarding, credit, compliance, customer service). * Participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve incidents in production environments. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience as a **Pega Consultant** in banking or financial sector projects. * Knowledge of **Pega BPM / Pega Platform** (flow design, rules, case management). * Experience working with **Agile / Scrum** methodologies in corporate environments. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business and technology teams. ### **Benefits** **Why ALOVIA?** At ALOVIA, you will join an international team specialized in IT and software development projects.
