Driven by its ambition for growth and expansion, Inetum generated €2.5 billion in revenue in 2023. **Job Description** We are seeking an **OutSystems Tech Lead** to build fast, scalable, and efficient solutions using the OutSystems platform. **Responsibilities** * Lead other development team members in design, development, and implementation. * Lead peer code reviews and technical meetings with other teams. * Resolve problems of significant scope and complexity, and mentor less experienced developers. * Support team growth through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge transfer. * Drive continuous evolution of OutSystems best practices within the development team. * Deliver applications that meet business needs while adhering to high-level architectural standards. **Requirements** **Technical Skills** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OutSystems projects. * Solid understanding of architectural principles (client/server, page rendering, database access, session management, architectural patterns, etc.). * Ability to design applications/solutions following the three-tier architecture principle. * Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), database modeling and SQL statements, algorithms, data structures, and programming best practices. * Proven experience developing integrations with other systems (consuming/exposing REST and SOAP APIs, creating extensions, etc.). * Good understanding of UX design principles and ability to apply them when building applications/solutions. * Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate application performance and optimize code. * Ability to analyze error logs, monitoring data, and performance metrics, and to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors and issues. **Other Skills** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills. * OutSystems certifications (O11 / ODC).
