The position is based in Zaragoza and will also cover Huesca and Teruel. Your mission: * Deploy the nutritional advisory service in residential facilities (hybrid model: in-person + virtual). * Conduct nutritional screening using digital tools and clinical assessment (intake, weight, height, BMI, MNA, NRS, or MUST). * Prepare individualized nutritional reports and intervention plans tailored to each resident. * Provide ongoing nutritional follow-up according to risk level and facility type. * Ensure correct implementation of defined nutritional protocols, guaranteeing traceability and quality of care. * Deliver in-person and online training to facility staff. * Provide continuous technical-scientific support through established channels. * Advise on menus and personalized diets, offering qualitative recommendations and standardized documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper implementation of nutritional recommendations. * Manage and maintain clinical and nutritional information, ensuring data quality and reporting. * Participate in scientific studies and projects as applicable. * Contribute to service quality management (indicators, internal audits, non-conformities). ✨ What we offer: A stable, purpose-driven, and growing project.
