Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of workplace facilities following instructions from the Production Manager. Maintain and service facilities and assets (electricity, plumbing, etc.). Carry out tasks requiring no specialized training, following guidelines from the Production Manager. Ensure workplace facilities remain in optimal condition. Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position. **Requirements:** --------------- You are ideal for this position if you have... Vocational Training or Medium/Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics and/or Building and Civil Engineering: Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations, Technician in Construction Finishing, or equivalent qualification. English level B1, desirable. 3–5 years of demonstrable professional experience as a Maintenance Officer. * Knowledge of construction works, panel assembly and fixation. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and building electrical installation assembly and maintenance. Proficiency in applying current regulations and standards, safety protocols, occupational health and environmental requirements. Experience in plumbing installation execution and maintenance.
