It comprises a team of over 4\.700 professionals who provide daily support to 5\.100 individuals experiencing social vulnerability, aiming to improve their well-being and quality of life. We operate across more than 150 centers and services in areas including mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are looking for a Physician to join our CIAN MADRID center located in Madrid. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? Conduct functional assessments and medical histories of service users in coordination with the rest of the team. Manage medical follow-up for service users with chronic and/or acute conditions. Perform medical examinations for new service users and complete the corresponding medical records and professional certifications, specifying appropriate lifestyle recommendations, required rehabilitation, and necessary treatment plans. Request diagnostic and/or follow-up medical tests deemed optimal for each service user’s well-being. Order and evaluate routine examinations to identify and prevent potential illnesses. Prescribe, request, and monitor the most suitable pharmacological treatment for each service user. Provide immediate care for any unexpected events or illnesses. Perform simple treatments such as ear cleaning, and examination of nose, throat, and eyes. Prepare clinical reports as a communication channel with healthcare professionals not affiliated with the center. Educate and counsel service users and their families about existing or potential health conditions, and provide necessary information to help service users maintain good health. Provide education and counseling on nutrition, sexual health, diabetes management, etc. Refer service users to specialist physicians when needed and coordinate closely with them.
