Stock management and ordering to ensure kitchen operations We are seeking a cook for an establishment in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main duties will include food preparation—from cutting and washing to cooking and plating dishes—according to established recipes. Various cooking techniques such as frying, baking, and stovetop cooking will be required, using appropriate tools for each task. Strict control over ingredient quality and full compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations will be essential. Additionally, product stock will be managed and necessary orders placed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience in a similar role, along with strong culinary technique and plating skills, will be highly valued. Immediate start is required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00. The gross monthly salary will be €2,000.
