Among your main responsibilities, you will: * **Support AI plan governance**, periodically gathering status updates and progress reports on initiatives together with AI Business Partners. * **Prepare reports and presentations**, producing periodic documentation on the plan’s status for senior management. * **Conduct technological surveillance**, monitoring the market to identify emerging tools and performing initial functionality tests. * **Manage knowledge**, classifying and validating contributions to the corporate prompt library by role. * **Collaborate on internal communications**, participating in drafting the newsletter and creating outreach content to foster AI culture. * **Support commercial activities**, reviewing success case profiles and updating the corporate presentation repository. * **Assist in resource control**, conducting monthly tracking of license allocations and monitoring basic costs. * **Energize the internal AI community**, providing logistical support to the AI Champions network and facilitating exchange of best practices. * **Contribute to event organization**, participating in coordinating training sessions, AI Charter meetings, and internal events. * **Support Shadow AI detection**, contributing to surveys and analyses to identify non-certified tools. * **Manage key documentation**, ensuring the AI plan, policies, and reference materials remain up to date and accessible. **What Do You Need?** Currently pursuing a university degree in **Engineering** (Industrial, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields). Additional training or specialization in **Artificial Intelligence** is highly valued. We also seek candidates with prior **experience or projects related to Generative AI**, either academically or personally. It is mandatory to sign a formal internship agreement with your university or educational institution. English proficiency at **B2 level**, with fluency to handle technical documentation, written texts, and conversations. Proactivity, enthusiasm, and a curious mindset toward technology—with eagerness to keep learning and contribute fresh ideas.
